Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy:

• All returns must be initiated within 14days from receiving shipment.
• We will not accept shipments outside of the return window. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item has to be unused and in the same condition you received it. Open items will not be accepted, unless exceptional circumstances (such as a shipping error made on our end).
• The items must be in it’s original packaging. A return authorization must be requested via email at the following address: RoyaltyRooted@gmail.com without this authorization, the product won’t be accepted and it won’t be returned back to you. 
• In order to process  your return, we will ask you to take pictures of the product ( you can include the pictures in your initial request).
• Unless the request  for the return is the result of our error, the shipping cost is paid by the customer.
